I made the 2008 "The Dark Knight" logo out of black and yellow objects. It wasn't really that hard to make because all I had to do was place the black (and yellow) objects randomly and choose the batman logo layer and delete the excess parts of the objects. I feel like it might have looked better if the edges didn't look so sharp, but I didn't feel like moving all the layers around so that it looked like that.
Basically, a panda named Roger is sitting in an empty room and a ball rolls over to him unexpectedly. He immediately is in love with the ball and doesn't realize that if he rolls it away, it might not come back. When he does so, it doesn't come back for a while and Roger is sad, but then the ball does and he's happy again.
Jonny Lawrence is a British 2D Animator, Concept and Storyboard Artist. He lives in Barcelona and has over 3,000,000 views on Youtube for his video Maker vs. Marker. He also has gotten articles written about him on Huffington Post, Yahoo, and Gamespot. He worked on a Coca Cola commercial for Germany as a Concept Artist/Production Designer in February of 2012. His work caught my eye because he has done stop motion animation on a whiteboard and that's what I'm looking to do. He also does his job really well. He makes it look like it was a movie and not a stop motion. You can tell it's stop motion obviously, but that's what happens. |
